Reiki-Flex, Yoga & Sound Bath
Early Spring – Emerge & Awaken
As winter softens into spring, nature begins to stir and new energy gently rises. Early spring is a time of emergence—of awakening the body, refreshing the mind, and creating space for growth after a season of rest.
This small-group, holistic session is designed to support your transition into the new season, helping you gently reawaken your energy, restore balance, and step forward feeling grounded, clear, and revitalised.
Join Ailie (Yoga Rewild) and Martha (Legend Therapies) for a nurturing blend of flowing yoga, reflexology, Reiki, and a deeply soothing sound bath. Together, these practices encourage circulation, release stagnation, calm the nervous system, and invite fresh life-force energy to flow—supporting you as you emerge into spring with ease and intention.

What This Session Offers
Replenishing Energy Reserves
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chi (Qi) is the vital energy that flows through the body’s meridians.
Pre-heaven chi is the life force we are born with and cannot replenish.
Post-heaven chi, however, can be nourished through rest, movement, breathwork, diet, and spiritual practices.
This session focuses on supporting and cultivating post-heaven chi by combining reflexology, reiki , yoga and sound therapy—encouraging circulation, energetic balance, and deep restoration.
Calming the Nervous System
Early spring is a time of transition as the body shifts from winter’s stillness into renewed movement and energy. Supporting the nervous system during this change helps create balance and ease. We gently guide you from mind to body through:
somatic grounding
breathwork
guided movement and key reflex points
These practices calm the nervous system, release stagnation, and prepare the body to fully receive the healing benefits of Reiki, reflexology, and sound vibration.
Reflexology & Reiki
Reflexology works on the principle that specific points on the feet, hands and head correspond to energy channels throughout the body. Stimulating these points helps relieve tension, enhance circulation and support the body’s natural healing processes.
Reiki complements reflexology by gently channelling universal life energy to promote emotional and physical wellbeing.
During the yoga section, Ailie will guide awareness to key meridian lines and reflex points, helping you tune into your body’s energetic pathways. During the sound bath, you’ll have the option to receive direct reflexology and reiki from Martha for an even deeper restorative experience.
Sound Bath – Instruments & Therapeutic Benefits
Sound therapy has been used around the world for thousands of years in ritual, ceremony and healing, however sound baths are a modern practice that have evolved alongside research that evidences the effects of sound frequencies on the body, from cell to system level. Everything in the universe—including our bodies—vibrates. When sound frequencies meet the body, they can help restore harmony to areas that feel tense, stuck or depleted.
The sound bath will weave together the frequencies and vibrations of the wind gong,Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, rattles, chimes and other therapeutic instruments.
Their vibrations help guide you into states of deep relaxation, emotional release and heightened inner awareness.
Benefits from this session may include:
activation of the parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) response
reduced stress and anxiety
improved circulation
enhanced mood and mental clarity
a deeper meditative state
clearing of energetic blockages
feelings of connection, consolidation, spaciousness, love, joy
