Nourish Your fertility - A Holistic Cycle-based Workshop

  • The Wild Box 14 Whitehouse Place Bristol, England, BS3 4BL United Kingdom (map)

A Holistic Fertility & Cycle Awareness Workshop

If you are thinking about conceiving, actively trying for pregnancy, or simply want to optimise your hormonal health, you may be looking for ways to nurture your body and create strong, supportive foundations for fertility, pregnancy, and beyond.

Nourish Your Fertility is a two-hour workshop designed to bridge the gap between knowing your cycle and understanding how it affects fertility, hormones, and overall wellbeing.

This workshop explores the emotional, nutritional, lifestyle, nervous system and mindset influences on fertility, empowering you to work in alignment with your menstrual cycle rather than against it. Through gentle yoga, nutrition guidance and other holistic practices, you will learn how to regulate stress, support your nervous system, and nurture your overall wellbeing in a sustainable, evidence-informed way.

Join

Join Rebecca Jane (Rebecca Jane Health) – Health Coach trained with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (specialising in hormone health) – alongside Ailie Tam, PhD (Yoga Rewild) a cycle-based yoga practitioner with a doctorate in sexual and reproductive health behaviour.

The Cycle-Syncing Approach

Through the cycle-syncing approach, you’ll learn how to align your nutrition, movement, rest, and self-care with each phase of your cycle to support hormone balance, energy levels, ovulation, and overall reproductive health.

With compassion, practical guidance, and embodied practices, you’ll leave feeling more confident, informed, and supported on your fertility journey.

What You’ll Learn & Experience

Cycle Awareness & Hormone Education

Develop a deeper understanding of fertility hormones and the menstrual cycle, including how each phase influences ovulation, implantation, mood, energy, and emotional wellbeing. Learn how cycle awareness empowers you to take ownership of your fertility and become an active participant in your care.

Cycle Syncing for Nutrition & Movement

Discover how to nourish your body with cycle-specific foods and adapt exercise throughout your cycle – from restorative practices to more energising movements to build body connection. Ailie will guide you through cycle-aware yoga designed to support hormonal balance, nervous system regulation, grounding, and vitality.

Nervous System & Stress Support

Your nervous system plays a vital role in hormone health and fertility. You’ll experience calming somatic practices, breathwork, heart coherence techniques, and guided relaxation to support rest, digestion, emotional regulation, and resilience.

Emotional & Psychological Wellbeing

Fertility can be an emotional rollercoaster. This workshop offers a compassionate, safe space to explore stress, anxiety, mindset, and self-care. You’ll gain tools to support your emotional wellbeing throughout your fertility journey.

Learning to read your cycle

The workshop will flow through each phase of the menstrual cycle, identifying the dominating hormones, the effects on the mind and body, and the ways to optimise wellness. Each phase includes tailored education, yoga, and reflection to help you feel more connected to your body through the flow of your cycle.
