✨ Drum Birthing Workshop

Craft your own ceremonial drum and connect with ancient rhythms in this immersive, hands-on day of creation and connection. Taking place at a beautiful village hall in the quiet village of Doynton, just outside of Bristol.

Sally is a Shamanic Practitioner, Drum Maker, Musician & Sweatlodge Facilitator. I met Sally whilst co-facillitating with Sofia Barnes (Love All Ways Yoga) at a retreat, Sofia and I have invited Sally to Bristol to hold one of these incredible drum birthing sessions.

Drums have been used for millennia in spiritual traditions worldwide, serving as tools for meditation, ceremony, healing, and journeying. The heartbeat of the drum mirrors the rhythms of the Earth, calling us back to our own innate wisdom and aligning us with the cycles of nature...our Mother's heartbeat.

This soulful, hands-on experience is a rite of passage. As you work with hide and hoop, you will engage in an ancestral practice of weaving, stretching, and shaping that mirrors the cycles of life, death, and rebirth. This journey serves to deepen your connection to the spirit of your drum, yourself, and the unseen realms.
