Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and supportive as possible while honouring the time, energy, and preparation that goes into holding this space.

Booking & Payment

Your place on a class, course or ceremony is confirmed once full payment has been received. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations by You

For classes

• More than 12 hours before the class start time
  You are eligible for a full refund, minus a small admin fee (5%).

• Less than 2 hours before the class
  Unfortunately, refunds are not available.

For courses or events

• More than 14 days before the event start date
  You are eligible for a full refund, minus a small admin fee (£10).

• 7–14 days before the course start date
  You will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.

• Less than 7 days before the course start date
  Unfortunately, refunds are not available.

If you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to a friend — just let us know in advance.

Missed Sessions - Courses

The Yoga Rewild Cycle is designed as a complete cycle, and sessions build upon each other. Refunds or credits are not offered for missed sessions.

Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class, event or course, you will be offered:

• a full refund, or

• the option to transfer your booking to a future session

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you experience exceptional circumstances, please reach out — we will always do our best to respond with care and fairness.
